This piece dried on an angle so the tea and squid ink cascaded downward, creating a pleasant gradient to match the negative space left by the plates. The green garlic and bay leaf were left over from infusing into a cream for a pasta dish on our menu. I dehydrated it and used it to create texture and detail.
