Brussels sprout stems, cheesecloth, squid ink, hibiscus & saffron - 2026

Crazy textures, so much detail, and a new color unlocked: purple/lavender. I had no idea this combination of pigments would yield such a result. It goes to show just how much I have left to learn about the process.
