James Zamory: Food Byproduct Art

I am Chef and Co-founder of Carnal (The Best Restaurants in Washington State), Accomplice, and our budding CPG company, Carnal Fine Foods. My French bistro concept, Estelle, was named as one of the best new restaurants in America by Esquire. I am a New Yorker currently in the Pacific Northwest. On my days off, I make art.

My goal is to create deeply personal, seasonal, and unexpected art that transforms hospitality spaces, showcases the creative potential of kitchen byproducts, and connects with like-minded artists and galleries that share this ethos. While I currently sell directly to customers, I aim to expand my reach and bring this work to more spaces and audiences.
